changing mine back to dynamic ip allocation on the router side fixed this for me the other device was really high on the allocated ip numbers (number 4 in the list D Main Kapil Arya's fix resolved the issue for me as well. Once you have the exported keys: 1.) Backup Winsock and WinSock2 keys. 2.) Add the exported Winsock and WinSock2 keys you just exported from another system. 3.) Reboot 4.) Following reboot I also havet tried everything in the comments. I lost my secure internet access from both the laptop, the desktop, and my grandson's wii.
